The training course is focused on system architecture, functionalities and operations, general system knowledge, and functionality knowledge, troubleshooting and maintenance procedures
REQUIREMENTS: the training course is oriented to engineers and technical employees involved in maintenance procedures and operations. In order to attend to the training it is necessary a basic knowledge of PBXs and TCP/IP networking.
NUMBER OF ATTENDANTS: groups of 8-10 attendant are suggested.
LOCATION: SELTA head office in Tortoreto (Teramo), Italy.
PRACTISE: extensive practical tests and experiences on SAMIP equipment.
